To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact our support team immediately via email or phone call. Requests made via WhatsApp only without direct confirmation from our team may not be processed in time.

If you wish to simply change the dates of your booking rather than cancelling, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to room availability and potential rate differences.
