1. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you are requesting to enter into a contract with us. A confirmed booking will only exist once we have communicated approval to you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Payments

Payments for bookings are typically due upon arrival unless otherwise stated during the booking process or required to hold a reservation during peak seasons.

3. Guest Conduct

As we are located near a sacred ashram, we kindly ask all guests to maintain a peaceful environment.

• Loud music or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Guests must respect the property and other visitors.
• Any damage caused to the property will be billed to the guest responsible.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shri Kainchi Dham Stays shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay or the use of our services, including loss of personal belongings.
